Common questions
Straight answers
What stops it inventing an answer?
It answers only from the material you give us. When a question falls outside that, it is built to say so and pass the customer to a person. An agent that guesses your prices costs you more than no agent at all, so we tune it to hand over early rather than late.
How long until it is live?
Usually about a week from the day you send us your material. Most of that is us reading your content and you checking the answers — the install itself takes an afternoon.
Do I have to rebuild my website?
No. It is one line of code in your page. WordPress, Wix, Shopify, Squarespace or something a developer built years ago — it sits on top and does not touch what is already there.
What happens when it cannot help?
It says so plainly, takes the customer’s name and number, and sends you the whole conversation rather than just the last message. You pick it up already knowing what was asked, so the customer never has to repeat themselves.
Can it work on WhatsApp too?
The price on this page covers your website. We do build WhatsApp bots and several are running today, but the setup is different enough that we quote it separately. Mention it in your enquiry and we will price both.
What if I want to stop?
Month-to-month, no lock-in. Simply let us know if you want to stop, and your plan ends at the end of that month. No long-term contract. No exit fees.
